About The Project

Sugar Cane Ridge comprises well-appointed, modern Caribbean villas on the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort estate. The semi-detached properties have a split-level design with four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite) and open-plan living area over three floors.

The Living Room

The upper level is made up of open plan living and dining areas with double sliding doors leading out to a spacious covered terrace. The living area also benefits from air conditioning.

The Kitchen

The Miele-equipped kitchen has quality appliances and luxury finishes including granite countertops.

The Bedrooms

The en-suite master bedroom and second bedroom open onto the plunge pool deck located on the villa’s lower level. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the equally sized third bedroom.

The en-suite fourth bedroom is located on the ground level, off the main entrance, which leads up to the main living level. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The Pool

The pool deck at each Sugar Cane Ridge has a plunge pool with views over the golf course and surrounding garden.
