Originally built apartments were comprehensively renovated by Berkan Construction Services. The project encompassed a complete modernization of the interior spaces, ensuring each unit provides a contemporary aesthetic, luxurious comfort, and functionality for an unforgettable vacation experience.The revovation included floor, ceiling and wall finishes, kitchen and cabinets/appliances, countertops, sinks and large rain-shower style showers with tiled floors and walls.

Each unit offers two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms; one with a king-sized bed and another with twin beds that can be configured into a king bed upon request. Convenient bedside USB outlets ensure effortless device charging, while the bright and airy atmosphere creates a relaxing haven for families or friends.
The Bathrooms
The modern renovations at Dover Woods extend to the bathrooms. Berkan Construction Services ensured each unit features a contemporary design and a refreshing rain shower, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the apartments. There is a large built-in area housing a free standing washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
