Berkan has completed fourteen luxury projects for Royal Westmoreland. These comprise seven sets of luxury duplex townhouses, four luxury single storey villas and two private homes. Each of these projects required bespoke/custom swimming pools, high-end finishes and joinery work.
In addition to general construction and new builds, Berkan has undertaken several projects with property management companies to repair and refurbish properties on the island.
We have a good standing with our clients, suppliers (both on the island and overseas) and with governing bodies including the Barbados Revenue Authority and National Insurance Scheme.

Berkan is currently constructing two townhouse residences and large private refurbishment on the Calejanda Estate, West Coast Barbados. Approximately 8,000 square feet in size, the installation and construction include infinity edge pools, ducted A/C systems and specialist water filtration and sewage treatments.
