ADAM MCDERMOTT
Director/Project Manager
Adam is a British project manager from Bolton with 14 years' construction experience in the UK and throughout the Caribbean. He has worked on many types of building project with much of his Caribbean experience working on high-end resorts such as Falcon's Nest, Peter Island – BVI, The Landings - St. Lucia and the Hilton Hotel - Barbados. Originally trained as a site engineer in the UK, he has extensive experience with ground works, external and structural elements of all projects.
TOMAS NIKLASSON
Director/Project Manager
Tomas is a project manager from Sweden with specialist skills in structure and finishing works. He has lived and worked in the Caribbean for the last 17 years, working on projects such as the Hilton Hotel – Barbados and Sugar Hill Tennis Resort - Barbados. Other projects include an extension to the Westin Hotel in the Cayman Islands and a new power generation facility and desalination plant on Peter Island - BVI.

Tyrone plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects. As the Commercial Manager, Tyrone is responsible for overseeing a range of crucial areas, such as contract review and negotiation and procurement and supply chain management, that contribute to our company's excellence and efficiency.

Quantity Surveyor
Peta-Gaye is responsible for managing the cost of construction projects. She provides cost and material estimates, draws up projected budgets, and monitors construction progress. Peta-Gaye also works with clients and other contractors, such as builders, architects, engineers, and designers, to ensure the project meets the client's needs and stays within budget.
